Carnoustie’s children and young people had three days of fun and games at the joint Church holiday club! Based on the theme of Deep Sea Divers, the event was full of creative teaching, games, craft, songs, prayers and Bible reading. Children were invited to dive deep into the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, and to discover the depths of His love for them, using the book of Matthew.
The holiday club ran between 10 am – 12 noon for three days in August for children in p1 – p7. Members from Barry Parish Church, Erskine United Free Church, Carnoustie Panbride Church, Carnoustie Church, the Church of the Holy Rood and Carnoustie Baptist Church all worked together to provide the holiday club in Newton Panbride Church hall.
